Sure you can always run a power line straight off the battery, but this looks sloppy and could potentially be a fire hazard if the wire gets next to something too hot under the hood. So what are you to do for a hot wire? |

A short trip down to the local auto parts store and you can pick up an Add-A-Circuit. This handy little device replaces one of the factory fuses and allows for an additional fused hot line to come directly off your fuse box. A nice feature to this little circuit is that it contains two fuses. One fuse for the original space on the fuse box and a second fuse for the additional hot line. |

 Final ThoughtsHaving used this Add-A-Circuit a few times I have to say I love it. You get a nice professional look and it?s really simple to do.
