 Common sense will tell you that electronics like a clean, dry environment. Unfortunately that is simply not the world that we here at MOABJEEPER Magazine reside in.

Doors on our Jeeps were meant to come off... and they do. The top is removable... and so it is. Point being, our Jeeps offer little protection for any devices in the cab area. So any electronics daring enough to live in this harsh environment NEED to be every bit as tough as our Jeeps.
After two torturous years our Wilson Cellular Signal Amplifiers are still going strong. But the relationship, yeah I said relationship, has grown into something more than a product test. These amplifiers have so proven their usefulness that when we travel, Wilson goes with us? always. |

Yes Wilson has become a part of the family when traveling. The amplifier has stood up to the harshest elements we could subject it to and keeps on going. Those years of abuse have however taken a toll on the phone cradle itself. The ratcheting device, used to release the jaws that hold your phone in place, prefer not to be fed a steady diet of sand. Consequently, the ratchet no longer ratchets so well. The blame for this is squarely on our shoulders as no vehicle (Jeep or otherwise) should ever see the conditions we have run Wilson through.

 Final ThoughtsIt's a great product, and we really appreciate it at night when cellular companies turn down their signal strength.
